We stand behind our quality craftsmanship, and proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our home organization systems. We warranty all products to be installed in working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our lifetime limited Residential Warranty is valid for as long as the system has not been moved or altered in any way. Some limitations apply and are described below
Storage Systems (Closets, garage, home office, Murphy beds, and other cabinetry)
This warranty is transferable to whoever owns the home.
Five (5) year warranty on Epoxy Flooring
One (1) year warranty on all accessories, mechanical components, and lighting.
Installation workmanship is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. This includes the proper fitting, alignment, and secure attachment of cabinetry components.
The fine print
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of SpaceManager Closets, of any defective product reported by the purchaser.
This warranty covers the products manufactured by SpaceManager in their original installation against defects in material and workmanship. The word “defects” is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product.
Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been exposed to excessive moisture or humidity, salty environments, misused, altered, disassembled, relocated, or worked on by anyone other than SpaceManager Closets or its authorized representatives.
Normal wear and tear, or adjustments required due to foundation settlement or structural movement, are excluded from warranty coverage.
Under no circumstances shall SpaceManager Closets’ liability exceed the purchase price of the system
